You will be billed for your first month as soon as you sign up. You will then be charged on the same date each month.
For example:
- If you bought a 1-month subscription on Jan 1st you will be billed again on Feb 1st.
- If you bought a 6-month subscription on Jan 1st you will be billed again on July 1st.
All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period unless canceled.
If you are unsure of your subscription status, you can log in to your account to see the billing date. It will be listed as "Next Order" date. If you have any issues please contact us at info@boxedinco.com
If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your account
- Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
- Go to "Manage upcoming subscriptions" to skip the period you desire OR
- Go to the last section "Cancel Subscription"

Our cut off date is the 27th of each month. This allows time to prepare, fulfill and ship your orders.
- The Luxe Box will ship 4 weeks after the cutoff date (due to the personalization).
- The Essential Box will ship 2 weeks after the cutoff date.
We ship the Essential boxes 2 weeks after the cutoff date (the 27th). Luxe boxes are shipped 4 weeks after the cutoff date (27th). Delivery times can take up to 7 business days.
We send out your tracking information within 24 hours of the box shipping. Please contact your local post office directly if there are any problems.

Yes we do ship internationally! Currently ship to Canada and the UK.
The cut-off date to order or change your subscription is the 27th of each month.
However, please note due to the exclusivity of the boxes, Luxe subscribers are limited and we may sell out before our cut-off date.
If you ordered before our cut-off date for the month, but we are already sold out for the month then your order will automatically be moved to our next month's box.
Sorry, your items didn't arrive as expected! Sometimes products get damaged during shipping but we have a solution for you!

Sure. Your paid subscription can be canceled anytime by going to the "Manage Subscriptions tab (once signed in)
- Go to the last section "Cancel subscription"
Please note, you must cancel prior to your "Next Order Date". You can find this date on the homepage of your "Manage Subscription" page.
If canceled AFTER your "Next Order date", you WILL be shipped a box for that period.
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your order date.
Login to your account and your pay period is listed under "Next Order" date.
You choose your desired box style (Essential or Luxe). Then you select your preferred subscription option (month to month, prepayment for 3, 6 or 12 month.)
The Prepay option offers the best discounts, and you are charged just once. Then, each month you'll receive your box. You receive a lower price when you choose multiple months.
At the end of your term, your order will automatically renew (that's what makes it a subscription) but you can modify your order by accessing your account through the website. Please note that prepaid orders are not refundable -- ie, if you cancel your order, it will apply at the end of the order term.
Each monthly box has a specific theme and the items selected to represent that concept.
We select various items from self-care, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle items.
- The Essential Box includes 5 items.
- The Luxe Box includes 5-8 items, along with one personalized/custom item.

Absolutely! To purchase a box that does not auto-renew, simply select the "Gift Option Box".
Subscription Spots Are Limited Because It Is Important for Us to Learn About Our Clients and to Personalize Each Box with a Custom Touch That Will Suit Them Perfectly.
If the website says "Sold Out" that means the current month's box has reached its limit. You may join our email list to get notifications on when spots become available.
She Matters is for ALL women and non-binary individuals. We have given thought to create a "They Matter" box in the future to cater to other audiences.
