Due to the customization and curation of our boxes, we do not accept returns if your box has been shipped already.
However, we do accept returns/replace individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective ONLY.
Please email us at info@shemattersbyboxedin.com and include a photo for evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receiving your box.
We will gladly send you any replacements for items as soon as possible!
